Emergency assistance is coordinated by On-Site Safety Team & UI Security. In case of an incident, alert the nearest staff or go to the Help Desk. Emergency contacts and evacuation routes are displayed on signage, badges, and the program map during the event.
The event will take place at Universitas Indonesia (UI), Depok, West Java, Indonesia. All exhibitions, talkshows, and networking sessions will be held within the UI campus area — primarily around Balairung Auditorium Universitas Indonesia.
By Commuter Line (KRL): Take the Red Line (Bogor–Jakarta) and stop at either Universitas Indonesia Station or Pondok Cina Station, both directly connected to the main campus area.
By Bus: Use the TransJakarta route 4B (Manggarai – Universitas Indonesia) and D21 (Lebak Bulus – Universitas Indonesia) which stops right the campus area.
