What is GNSS Indonesia Summit & Expo?

A national-level conference and exhibition focusing on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS)—covering positioning, navigation, timing, remote sensing, geodesy, and location-based services. Expect keynotes, talks, live demos, and booths from industry, startups, and academia.

Who can join GNSS Indonesia Summit & Expo 2025?

Open to professionals, researchers, students, startups, government agencies, and tech enthusiasts. Some workshops or closed-door sessions may require pre-approval or an additional pass.

How do I get tickets?

Register via gnss-summitexpo.ui.ac.id/register on the official website. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration is completed.

On-site (walk-in) registration is available in limited quantity, but online registration is highly recommended to secure your spot.

Are pets allowed?

For safety and lab/demo equipment considerations, pets are not permitted inside halls. Service animals are welcome in accordance with campus regulations.

Is there a food court or F&B area?

Yes. There will be F&B zones and pop-up vendors within/near the venue. You can also find many eateries around Margonda Raya, Margo City, and Depok Town Square (walking or short-ride distance).

Is there a security check at the entrance?

Yes. Bag screening is conducted at entry points. Prohibited items include sharp objects, hazardous materials, drones (without written permission), and any item restricted by campus policy.

What should I do if I lose my belongings or find someone else’s?

Go to the Help Desk / Information Counter or the Lost & Found station at the registration area. Provide details (item description, time, location). Found items should be submitted immediately to staff.

Is there an emergency hotline?

Emergency assistance is coordinated by On-Site Safety Team & UI Security. In case of an incident, alert the nearest staff or go to the Help Desk. Emergency contacts and evacuation routes are displayed on signage, badges, and the program map during the event.

How to Get There

Where is GNSS Indonesia Summit & Expo 2025 located?

The event will take place at Universitas Indonesia (UI), Depok, West Java, Indonesia. All exhibitions, talkshows, and networking sessions will be held within the UI campus area — primarily around Balairung Auditorium Universitas Indonesia.

What are the transportation options?
  • By Commuter Line (KRL): Take the Red Line (Bogor–Jakarta) and stop at either Universitas Indonesia Station or Pondok Cina Station, both directly connected to the main campus area.

  • By Bus: Use the TransJakarta route 4B (Manggarai – Universitas Indonesia) and D21 (Lebak Bulus – Universitas Indonesia) which stops right the campus area.

  • By Car or Ride-Hailing: Enter through the UI Main Gate or Pondok Cina Gate using ride-hailing apps such as Gojek or Grab.

What’s the best option for international visitors?

The nearest major airport is Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK), approximately 1–1.5 hours from Universitas Indonesia depending on traffic. You can take the Airport Train (Railink) to BNI City Station, then continue via Commuter Line (Bogor Line) to Universitas Indonesia or Pondok Cina Station.
